This policy covers Little Paws Kids Doctor (Android package: cbt.learning.kiddo.animal.doctors), offered by C-Bien, and its promotional website.
01Playing and saving progress
The game does not ask for an account, name, address, personal photograph or message to play. Completed visits, stickers and settings are stored locally on the device. We do not provide an account for syncing this progress.
02Advertising and Google services
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising privacy settings. Ad requests use child-directed treatment and request non-personalized advertising. This configuration does not mean that no data is processed.
03Technical data related to ads
To deliver and measure ads, operate the service and prevent fraud, Google may process the IP address (which can indicate an approximate geographic area), app or ad interactions, diagnostic information and technical identifiers depending on service configuration. The app does not request Android permission to access the advertising ID. It also does not request access to precise location, the camera or the microphone.
04Children and parents
The game is intended for children. We do not ask children to send us personal information to play. Advertising requests are configured for this audience. A parent or guardian can contact us with questions about data or using the app.
05When you contact us
An email to support provides us with your email address and message content. We use this information to respond to your request. Please do not send children’s photographs or personal information that is not needed to answer your question.
06This website and external links
This website uses Firebase Hosting, a Google service. The hosting service may process technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. We do not add advertising or audience analytics tools to these pages. Your language is part of the page address; this website does not store a language preference in your browser. Links to Google Play and Google open services governed by their own policies.
07Retention and deletion
Local progress stays on the device until it is cleared; you can delete it through the app’s Android settings. This does not delete data already processed by Google. Google’s policies govern the retention of data it processes. For support emails, you can request access to or deletion of information you provided by writing to the address below; we will review your request and applicable obligations.
